Professionalism Committee

The goal of the Professionalism Committee is to provide an alternative and, if desired, anonymous process for the Department of Radiology residents and faculty to present potential grievances with regards to intradepartmental abrogation of professionalism.

Any issue submitted via this webpage is completely anonymous and sent directly to the committee co-chairs (see below).  If specific follow up is desired, you may include your contact information, but this is not required.

Any issue raised will be investigated by the Professionalism Committee who will then take appropriate steps to address the concerns raised.  Any questions regarding this process can be addressed by contacting one of the Committee Chairs.
